We are seeking a well-connected and community-minded volunteer for a Community Development Lead role in Summit County. This position focuses on growing strategic partnerships and increasing awareness of GRGA’s mission to empower women in the outdoors. The Community Development Lead will help expand our local presence by identifying collaboration and sponsorship opportunities, strengthening connections with aligned businesses and organizations, and helping share GRGA’s story throughout the community.
The ideal volunteer understands the Summit County landscape, has established local relationships, and is excited to play a meaningful role in our organization’s growth. This person will think big-picture about how GRGA shows up in the community—helping cultivate opportunities that elevate visibility, resources, and long-term impact.
This is a flexible, volunteer position with significant impact. Your efforts will directly support GRGA’s continued growth and our ability to create more opportunities for women in the outdoors.

Event Volunteer
At every event we have, we often need volunteers for check-in, helping folks with the silent auction, setting up or tearing down at our Backcountry Ball, Beacon Hunt, or Women’s Panel.
