Join us for either a mountain bike ride or trail run followed by an apres social for everyone to grab a bite or a drink and get to connect off the trail. Plan to start running/riding right at 6pm!
This is not a guided event! This is just a coordination of gals to meetup and ride or run with one another, and done so at your own risk.
This will be a go-at-your-own-pace meetup, and as always at least one of our ambassadors will take up the back so no one is left behind. We plan to ride or run for about an hour. (bikers may be a bit longer, runners may be a bit shorter)
Please bring plenty of water, some layers, trail snacks/ sugar, and necessary tools (if you have them) if you're mtb-ing.
