Are you passionate about backcountry skiing, mountain biking, or other adventurous pursuits? Do you you want to have an impact on your community, meet other women with the same hobbies, and empower women to grow in these hobbies? We’re looking for you!

Ambassador
Is passionate about what we do; be it backcountry skiing, mountain biking, or other avenues as we develop such as white water sports and climbing. You do NOT need to be an expert! Currently we are looking for mtb ambassadors, but please feel free to share if there are other sports you are interested in. To develop new programs, we need multiple ambassadors to commit to that sport.
Can commit to at least 4 meetups where the ambassador will be the point of contact, collect waivers, and help promote the meetup on their social channels. Could also be 3 meetups and volunteer at 1 event (check-in, BC Ball, Beacon Hunt, etc)
Will spread the word about our other events and make an effort to attend those events.
In return, ambassador will receive recognition on our website and Instagram, GRGA swag, and an invitation to our ambassador dinner. For 24/25 and beyond, we also aim to have scholarship credits for our ambassadors towards outdoor education.
Event Volunteer / Other Opportunities
At every event we have, we often need volunteers whether that’s helping people check-in, or filling needs at our Backcountry Ball, Beacon Hunt, or Women’s Panel.
We have other roles we are looking to fill and are currently working through what those look like. Keep an eye out, and if you have ideas for specific ways you’d like to get involved, feel free to message us!
