Our Mission
Creating community, adventure, and education for like-minded women of the outdoors in the Vail Valley.
Our mission is to create an empowering, non-intimidating network for women to connect, grow their skillset, and enjoy outdoor adventures together. We also have a passion for fostering growth in female representation in the outdoor industry. We do this through social and educational events, inspirational articles (coming soon), outdoor oriented trips, and backcountry adventure.
Vision
As we grow, we hope to create consistent educational and social programming throughout the year that both newbies and seasoned outdoors women can learn and benefit from be that avalanche education, navigation, safety, gear maintenance, and/or gear reviews. We also aim to create relationships with local businesses that strengthen the Vail community, and to offer our members resources to lean on for gear, trip beta, experience, partnerships, etc.
