Laura Hartman
Laura Hartman has ten years' experience in community development, working across public, private, and non-profit sectors. Today, she leads impact evaluation and data systems at YouthPower365 and is a founder and part-time Executive Director of the Adam Palmer Sustainability Fund. Laura is inspired by innovative ideas and is skilled in strategic-start up. Her previous roles centered around designing and launching initiatives with impact on behalf of Eagle County Public Health, Eagle Valley Community Foundation, Town of Eagle, and the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe. Laura skillfully uses data to demonstrate gaps and craft solutions. She has secured over $2.1M in grant funding for Colorado nonprofits and governments. She possesses a Master of Public Affairs (Policy Analysis), Master of Science in Environmental Science, BS Environmental Management with Honors Distinction, BA Anthropology, and a Minor in Spanish all from Indiana University as well as a Certificate in Project Management from Cornell University. Laura is a 2023-24 Fellow in the Colorado Governor’s Fellowship Program and serves as a Planning and Zoning Commissioner on behalf of the Town of Eagle.
